Any use by you of our website is conditional on your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.

You must be over 18 years old to buy goods from this site. If you are under 18, you can only use this site with the agreement and involvement of a parent or guardian.

We comply with all of the applicable data protection laws in the UK.

Delivery Charges

Raffy & Bee use Royal Mail 1st class signed for delivery service for all items sold on their website.

All product prices are inclusive of postage and packaging, and VAT at the current UK rate. There are no extra costs.

Our postage and packaging fees are subject to change without notice.

Prices of items

Prices are as set out on the website and include VAT at the current UK rate. Postage and packaging costs are also included in the products’ prices. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time. The prices you see on the product pages in the website are the total prices you pay.

Delivery

Raffy & Bee only deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom at the current time.

All goods are offered subject to availability.

Items in stock are dispatched within 5 – 7 days. You will be sent an automated email confirming your order.

We will notify you of the expected date of delivery and do our best to deliver the goods to you by that date to the address that you specify for delivery. If you do not supply an address, we will deliver the goods to the credit card address you provide us with.

Please take care when entering your details as we cannot accept liability for non delivery of items as a result of incorrect information entered by yourself. In the event that you are not available to receive the goods at the point when they were delivered, you will be responsible for making arrangements to receive the goods if they are held at the post office or delivery company’s depot.

Damaged or defective items

Please contact us as soon as the goods arrive if they have been damaged in transit or if an item is not as you ordered. If a fault is found on unpacking your delivery, please let us know as soon as possible. We will pay for the cost of return and either give a full refund or replacement, depending on your preference.

Lost items / Delay in Transit

If the delivery of an order fails due to loss by the carrier Raffy & Bee will accept responsibility for the replacement. Tracking will be instigated and a report requested from the shipper to confirm the loss. 

Returns Policy

If you change your mind

Our returns policy is very transparent. You may return any standard stock item (excluding bespoke/made to order/customised items – see below) within 14 days of receipt of the goods. These items must be returned in their original packaging with all associated labels/tags. The cost of returning an item will not be met by Raffy & Bee.

If you return any item which is incomplete or is in an unsatisfactory condition then your refund may be reduced or not processed. Your refund will of course include the original standard delivery charge.

Raffy & Bee suggest items are returned using a ‘signed for’ delivery service to ensure that we receive them. When returning your item, please include a copy of the email order form and specify whether you would like a refund or an exchange.

Standard items

Standard items exclude any item we do not hold in stock, that has to be order specifically for you, or that has to be manufactured to your specification. Standard items exclude, without limitation, items ordered in a specific upholstery, finish, size or colour.

Made to order items

Bespoke (made to order) items and non-stock items cannot be returned or refunded. Once an order for a bespoke item has been placed it cannot be cancelled. Please ensure that you are 100% happy with the finish / colour / size etc. of any bespoke / non-stock item before you place the order. We cannot be held responsible for any errors made when placing the order. Bespoke / non-stock items are the items that are made to your specification. Raffy and Bee is more than happy to talk you through the options available to you to make sure the item/options are right for you before you place the order.
